Welcome to Bluebell Exotics. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Bluebell Exotics website, reservation platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our website, submitting a reservation request, or otherwise interacting with Bluebell Exotics, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Bluebell Exotics provides luxury and exotic vehicle rental services throughout Boston, Massachusetts, and the surrounding Northeast. Vehicle rentals are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, and execution of a separate Rental Agreement.
To use our Services or request a reservation, you must:
Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in cancellation of your reservation and denial of future services.
Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee vehicle availability or create a rental contract.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after:
Bluebell Exotics reserves the right to decline any reservation request at its sole discretion.

Vehicle availability displayed on our website is for informational purposes only and may change without notice.
In rare circumstances, a reserved vehicle may become unavailable due to mechanical issues, prior rental extensions, accidents, or other unforeseen events. If this occurs, we may:
Rental rates displayed on our website are base rental rates and may not include all applicable charges. Depending on your reservation, your total rental cost may include:
Any charges incurred during your rental—including excess mileage, fuel or charging costs, cleaning fees, tolls, parking fees, traffic violations, or damage—may be deducted from your security deposit in accordance with your Rental Agreement. If such charges exceed the amount of the security deposit, the renter remains responsible for the remaining balance.
The total rental price, including any required security deposit and applicable fees, will be provided before your reservation is confirmed.
Bluebell Exotics accepts the following payment methods:
Payment must be received before the start of the rental unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
By providing payment information or submitting payment, you authorize Bluebell Exotics to collect all amounts due under your reservation and Rental Agreement, including rental charges, taxes, fees, security deposits, and any additional authorized charges.
All rentals require a refundable security deposit.
With valid insurance, the refundable security deposit is $2,000.
Without valid insurance, the refundable security deposit is $10,000 in place of proof of insurance.
The security deposit is collected prior to the start of the rental. Bluebell Exotics initiates the release within 24 hours of the post-rental inspection, less any authorized deductions. The time required for the refund to post is determined by the renter’s bank or card issuer. Delayed charges—such as tolls, parking violations, traffic citations, and other rental-related expenses—are invoiced separately once received rather than held against the deposit.
If no additional charges are incurred, the remaining security deposit will be refunded using the original payment method, subject to applicable processing times.

The renter remains responsible for all tolls, parking fees, traffic violations, citations, damage, and other charges incurred during the rental period, even if those charges are received after the security deposit has been released. Bluebell Exotics reserves the right to invoice and collect any unpaid balance related to the rental.
The security deposit is not a limitation of the renter’s financial responsibility. The renter remains responsible for all amounts owed under the Rental Agreement, even if those amounts exceed the security deposit.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, though transactional communications related to an active reservation may still be sent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bluebell Exotics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the website or Services.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluebell Exotics, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
