Our vehicles are fitted with GPS and connected-car equipment. While a vehicle is on rent we may collect and process location data from it, and the equipment allows the vehicle to be immobilised remotely where the rental agreement permits. We use this data to protect and recover the vehicle, to support insurance and accident claims, and to resolve toll, citation and mileage questions after a rental ends. Retention periods are set out in the rental agreement and in Data Retention below.

We do not provide customer phone-number lists to third parties so they can call or text you for their own marketing. We use your number to communicate about your reservation and, if you have opted in, to send Bluebell Exotics text messages. When Meta advertising measurement is enabled, we may also share a hashed version of your number for ad matching, as explained below. A hash does not make it anonymous.
Our U.S.-only Site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use our Site (for example, through Google Analytics and Google Ads). Some analytics and advertising technologies may operate by default. Meta measurement operates only when we have enabled it and your browser is not sending Global Privacy Control. We do not show a cookie-choice prompt before you use the Site. We use advertising identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, FBCLID, and MSCLKID to measure campaigns and connect quote requests to their advertising source. Essential technologies required for the Site to function are also used.
When Meta advertising measurement is enabled, Meta Pixel measures page visits, vehicle views and confirmed quote requests. After we confirm a request was saved, our customer system may send the same request to Meta and later report when we contact the customer, qualify the request, book a rental or complete a sale. It may use hashed email and phone values together with advertising cookies (_fbp and _fbc), click identifiers, the request URL, IP address and browser information. Hashing supports matching and does not make this information anonymous. These measurements help us understand advertising performance. We suppress Meta Pixel measurement and matching for your visit and quote when your browser sends Global Privacy Control. This does not erase events already sent or records already held. Advertising measurement is separate from the optional calls, text messages and email checkbox on a quote. An unconfirmed quote may be kept temporarily in this tab for up to 30 minutes to let you retry its original details; it is cleared after confirmation or when you explicitly start a separate request. Short-lived records containing only confirmation and event IDs may remain for one day to avoid duplicate measurements.
You can manage how Meta personalizes ads for you in Meta ad preferences. You can manage Google ad personalization in My Ad Center, and use Google's Google Analytics opt-out add-on. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative. These platform choices manage their respective services; changing ad personalization preferences does not necessarily stop measurement data from being collected or sent by this Site. A browser that sends Global Privacy Control suppresses this Site's Meta measurement as described above. You can also use your browser's settings to limit or delete cookies or turn on tracking protection; this may affect how some Site features work. We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with our legal, accounting, insurance, or reporting obligations. Rental and identity verification records may be retained for a period after your rental concludes in case of damage claims, insurance matters, or legal requirements.
