Once you’ve selected your vehicle, call, email, text, or submit a reservation request with your preferred dates, pickup or delivery location, and any additional details about your rental. Our team will review availability and contact you promptly to confirm the details.

Step 3 — Verification & Booking Confirmation
Before your reservation is finalized, we’ll verify your driver’s license and insurance to ensure you meet our rental requirements. Once approved, we’ll collect a booking deposit to secure your reservation. The booking deposit is $500 and is applied toward your final balance. The remaining balance is due when your rental begins.
Our team is available throughout the process to answer any questions and ensure everything is in place before your rental starts.
Step 4 — Pickup or Vehicle Delivery
On the day your rental begins, pick up your vehicle at our designated location or have it delivered to your home, hotel, business, airport, or another approved location throughout Boston and the surrounding Northeast area.
At pickup or delivery, we’ll review and sign the rental agreement, collect the remaining balance of your rental, and process the refundable security deposit. What sets the security deposit is whether you carry qualifying insurance, not which vehicle you reserve, and it is fully refundable provided the vehicle is returned in accordance with the rental agreement.

Step 6 — Return the Vehicle
At the end of your rental, return the vehicle at the agreed-upon location or schedule a pickup if delivery was arranged. We’ll perform a brief post-rental inspection, review the vehicle’s condition, mileage, fuel level, and any applicable charges.
We initiate the release of your refundable security deposit within 24 hours of that inspection, provided the vehicle comes back without excess mileage or damage. How long the refund takes to post is up to your bank or card issuer. Parking tickets, tolls, and similar charges often reach us days or weeks after the rental, so rather than hold the deposit waiting for them, we invoice those separately once they arrive.
Please note that renters remain financially responsible for all tickets, tolls, traffic violations, damages, and other charges incurred during the rental period, even if they are received after the security deposit has been released. If additional charges are received after your deposit has been refunded, you will still be responsible for reimbursing Bluebell Exotics for those amounts.

Drivers must meet our insurance requirements before the rental begins.
A refundable security deposit is required prior to vehicle delivery or pickup. The amount depends on whether you carry qualifying insurance, not on which vehicle you reserve.
A valid payment method is required to complete your reservation.
