Yes — the fleet runs year round and there is no winter surcharge. Ask which tires a specific car is on for your dates: a summer performance compound loses grip well before snow enters the picture, so the answer matters more than the drivetrain badge.
Rates vary by vehicle, starting at $299 and ranging up to $1,599/day for the Rolls-Royce Cullinan. See our Fleet for exact rates on every vehicle.
Yes. Standard rentals include 100 miles per day. Overage fees are $10/mile for the Rolls-Royce Cullinan and $5/mile for every other vehicle in the fleet, unless otherwise agreed upon in the rental agreement.
No surprise charges at pickup or return. Pricing, mileage terms, and deposit requirements are stated clearly on every vehicle page. On top of the daily rate you should expect Massachusetts sales tax of 6.25% and the $2 per-rental police training surcharge required under Massachusetts law, plus a delivery fee where one applies. Charges that depend on how the rental goes — excess mileage, refuelling, tolls, citations, late return — are all set out in the rental policies before you book.
Yes, a refundable deposit is required for every rental. With valid insurance coverage, the deposit is $2,000; without valid insurance, the deposit is $10,000. It’s fully refunded after the vehicle is returned in its original condition.
Credit cards, debit cards, cash, and Zelle, Venmo or Cash App. Other electronic methods can be arranged in advance.
No. Return the car at the fuel level it was delivered at. If it arrives with a full tank and comes back short, a $100 refueling charge applies; if it arrives with less than a full tank and comes back below that level, the charge is $50.
21 years or older, fleet-wide, with no exceptions by model — more accessible than Turo (30+) or agencies like Avis, which won’t rent luxury/specialty vehicles under 25.
A valid driver’s license and your security deposit. Bring proof of insurance too if you’re renting on your own coverage.
You can rent either way. Carrying your own qualifying coverage is the standard route — our team will ask for proof of insurance and contact your insurance agency directly to validate it. Renters who can’t provide qualifying coverage rent on the no-insurance security deposit instead.
No. Drivers aged 21 to 24 pay the same daily rate as everyone else — there is no young-driver fee.
One day. There is no maximum — rentals running longer than a month simply need a fresh rental agreement signed at the one-month mark. Looking for an hourly, chauffeured vehicle instead? That’s handled by our sister company, Bluebell Transportation.
Only if they have been approved by Bluebell Exotics in advance and listed on the rental agreement. Adding a second driver is free — they just need to meet the same requirements, including the minimum age of 21.
Yes. We offer vehicle delivery throughout Greater Boston, including Back Bay, Seaport, and surrounding areas, as well as locations across New England, New York, and New Jersey. For Logan Airport, vehicles can be picked up from our nearby East Boston location, with a free shuttle available from all terminals. See our full Service Areas for details.
Delivery is complimentary within 10 miles of Boston. For deliveries farther than 10 miles, delivery is complimentary for rentals of 3 days or longer; for shorter rentals it is billed at $2.50 per mile. The same terms apply across every state we deliver to, Maine included.
Yes. Standard self-pickup is at 650 Ocean Ave, Revere, MA 02151. Let us know when you book if you’d prefer to collect the vehicle instead of having it delivered. If you’re arriving via Logan Airport, use our Logan Airport Delivery process instead.
Lead time depends on your delivery location — 6 hours’ notice is generally sufficient. For farther destinations or specific vehicles, we recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee availability.
Yes — Bluebell Exotics maintains a 5.0-star rating on Google. See our full reviews.
Yes, with All-Star Host status and a 5.0-star rating. Renting directly through us gives you the same trusted service with more direct availability.
You can, though both come with tradeoffs — Turo requires renters to be 30+, and traditional agencies often carry limited or no exotic inventory. Renting directly through Bluebell Exotics gives you the full fleet at our published 21+ age minimum, the most accessible policy in the Boston market.
Your safety comes first. If you’re involved in an accident or facing an emergency, make sure everyone is safe and call 911 immediately if needed. Either way, please call Bluebell Exotics directly at (617) 681-5377 as soon as possible to let us know what happened — for any other issue, from mechanical trouble to a general question or concern, our team will work with you to resolve it quickly.
