Maserati has built Italian performance cars since 1914, and its trident badge comes from the Neptune fountain in Bologna, where the company was founded. The Ghibli is its sport sedan. Ours is the Q4 version, with a twin-turbo V6 and all-wheel drive, in a four-door, five-seat body that is easy to live with.
The Ghibli Q4 (2017) rents for $299 per day. Every rental includes 100 miles per day, with additional miles billed at $5/mile. Renters must be 21 or older, and every rental requires a refundable security deposit — $2,000 with valid insurance, $10,000 without. Massachusetts sales tax and a small statutory surcharge apply on top of the daily rate.
