    Reach out through our booking page, email, or phone to confirm availability, finalize your dates, and request any personalized arrangements.

    Submit Driver & Insurance Information

    To move forward, we’ll request your driver’s license and proof of insurance that meets our rental standards.

    Pay Booking Deposit

    A 50% deposit secures your reservation. It’s fully refundable with at least 7 days’ notice or can be applied toward your final balance.

  5. 5

    Vehicle Delivery or Pickup

    Choose pickup or enjoy complimentary delivery within 10 miles of Newton on all exotic rentals. At handoff, we’ll complete a brief condition check, collect the security deposit, and finalize the rental agreement.

    Enjoy the Drive

    Hit the road and enjoy your time behind the wheel of a world-class vehicle — designed for effortless performance and unforgettable moments.

  7. 7

    Return & Final Wrap-Up

    At the end of your rental, simply return the car or schedule pickup. After a quick inspection, your security deposit will be promptly released if the vehicle is returned in the same condition.

Important Notes

  • Vehicle Usage & Travel

    All cars are GPS-tracked for location and speed. Out-of-country travel is generally not permitted. If a renter wishes to take the car outside the United States, they must request approval in advance — additional fees may apply.

  • Mileage & Fuel

    Daily mileage limits and excess mileage fees will be clearly outlined in the rental agreement. Return fuel/charge must match pickup level.

  • Payment Methods

  • Cleaning, Pets, Smoking

    No smoking of any kind — $500 minimum fine.

    Pets are generally not allowed. Service animals allowed with documentation. Please ask in advance for special circumstances. Minimum $150 fine if pets are brought into the vehicle without prior permission.

    Vehicles must be returned clean and odor-free.

    If the vehicle is returned particularly dirty, there may be additional cleaning fees.

  • Refusal of Service / Background Checks

    Bluebell Exotics reserves the right to:
    • Refuse service to any aggressive or unsafe client
    • Perform random background checks
    • Retain up to 50% of paid invoice in refusal/cancellation scenarios due to client behavior

  • PRIVACY & AGREEMENT TERMS

    Customer data is protected and governed under Bluebell Exotic's privacy policy.

    Any false or misleading information provided verbally or in writing voids the rental agreement.
